The full works for your four-legged friend. This includes a luxurious bath using our premium products, a blow dry, full body cut and style tailored to your dog's needs, ear cleaning, nail trim (dog allowing), a tidy of the hygiene areas, and finished with a light spritz of puppy cologne!
Facial and paw & nose therapy add ons available
Ideal for in between grooms or those who need a little spruce up. This service includes a cleansing bath, fluff dry, and a feet and face tidy, finished with a light spritz of cologne. Clean, tidy, and picture perfect!
Hygiene trim or nail clipping add ons available
Designed to tackle excess hair and undercoat, this treatment includes a bath with specialist deshedding shampoo, following by our deshedding treatment to help reduce shedding and leave your pup's coat fresh, light, and healthy.
'Ultimate deshed' package upgrade available
A confidence-building series of visits to introduce your puppy to the sights, sounds and sensations of the salon in a calm and positive way. Each session is designed to gently familiarise them with the grooming process and tools. This package culminates in a full puppy groom at the end (if the puppy is ready!).

Is your pup a heavy shedder? Level up your deshed session with a deep, mineral rich mud mask which nourishes the skin and loosens undercoat more than just shampooing does, coupled with deshedding spray to really get into the root of your dogs coat. Nourishes and deeply conditions skin whilst removing up to twice as much hair as the professional deshedding treatment. Perfect for heavy shedders.

When should I bring my puppy to be groomed?
As soon as possible after their vaccinations! Grooming is nota natural process for dogs so it is essential to get them into the grooming salon as soon as you can. From twelve weeks old, a puppy can be brought in to the salon and experience things at a slow and steady pace desensitising them to the process and creating a positive experience associated with grooming. This will make grooming sessions much easier for you dog for the rest of their lives.How regularly should my dog be groomed?
This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on the breed, coat type, maintenance of their coat and various other factors. As a guideline we would recommend a schedule anywhere from six to ten weeks. We will be happy to discuss your dog's individual needs and an appropriate schedule at their appointment.
Why is regular dog grooming important?
Dog grooming is not just about a new hair cut for your dog, it's about their health and wellbeing. Taking your dog to a professional groomer regularly can assist with all sorts of factors such as detecting potential health problems early, prevent skin infections, prevent matting in the coat, care for their nails and ears, manage shedding etc. It also allows your dog to feel comfortable in the grooming environment as it becomes routine for them and they can become accustomed to visiting a groomer regularly reducing their anxiety and stress levels in that environment.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, I am qualified to iPET Network Level 3 in Dog Grooming and Salon Management. iPET Network is one of the nationally recognised bodies in the United Kingdom for Dog Grooming which is regulated by Ofqual alongside City & Guilds, AIM and OCN. I am also fully insured under Public Liability Insurance.
Can I stay with my dog?
Dogs may be distracted with their owner present so we do not recommend you stay with your dog during grooming as we will require the dog's full attention to be on the groom, the groomer, and the grooming process, so ideally we would advise you drop your dog off and pick them up later. We fully recognise that some dogs may have severe separation anxiety and if you genuinely believe that they would be calmer with you present, then we can make accommodations for you to stay whether that be for part of, or all of the groom. A happier, calmer dog will always result in a better grooming experience.
